What to expect

1. Access Requirements

   Present your voucher (printed or digital) and official photo ID upon boarding. Minors must be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour.

2. Onboard Safety

   Follow the crew's instructions at all times. Running, jumping over railings, or tampering with the catamaran's equipment is prohibited. Access to restricted areas (engine room and storage areas) is prohibited. Use the restrooms properly. Glass containers are not allowed.

3. Water Safety

   Wearing a life jacket or snorkeling gear is mandatory for swimming. Stay within the designated area and keep away from moving vessels or propellers. Do not touch reefs or feed marine life.

4. Recommendations & Restrictions

   Bring lightweight clothing, a swimsuit, a hat/cap, sunglasses, and biodegradable sunscreen. The minimum legal age for alcohol consumption is 18.Not suitable for individuals with reduced mobility or impaired vision.

5. Weather Conditions

   Tour departure is subject to navigation approval from the Harbor Master.
