What to expect

1. Restrictions & Accessibility

   Xcaret: Wheelchair, stroller, and baby friendly. Xplor: NOT suitable for wheelchairs or strollers. Recommended minimum age: 5 years. Not recommended for pregnant women, or people with back problems or heart conditions.

2. Child Policies (Xplor)

   Identification required at the ticket booth to apply the discount and for children under 12 who are taller than 1.40 m (4.5 ft). All children must be accompanied by an adult.

3. Allowed Sunscreens & Repellents

   They must be biodegradable.

4. Passes and Weather

   Weather & Pets: The tour operates in all weather conditions. No pets allowed. Extra Payments: Bring cash for purchases or souvenirs.

5. Instructions with Transportation

   Boarding: Present a printed voucher and an official photo ID.
