Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Policy establishes rules for using the Platform, Digital Passes, and QR codes.

2. Permitted Use

• Each Pass is personal and non-transferable.
• Present the QR digitally or printed.
• Valid only for the purchased access type and specified dates.
• Use within the validity period.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Regarding Digital Passes:

• Reselling, transferring, or distributing to third parties.
• Duplicating, forging, or tampering with QR codes.
• Using one QR for multiple persons.
• Using expired or cancelled Passes.
• Circumventing validation systems.

Regarding the Platform:

• Illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Unauthorized access to systems.
• Using robots, scrapers, or automated means.
• DDoS attacks or infrastructure overload.
• Injecting malicious code.
• Identity impersonation.
• False or fraudulent information.
• Purchases with unauthorized payment methods.
• Exploiting security vulnerabilities.

4. Consequences

• Pass cancellation without refund.
• Account suspension or cancellation.
• Access blocking.
• Legal actions (including criminal).
• Damage claims.
