What to expect

1. Access Requirements

   Present your digital voucher and official photo ID at the ticket box for redemption. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

2. Onboard Safety

   Always follow the crew's instructions. Running, jumping over railings, or tampering with the boat's equipment is prohibited. Access to restricted areas (storage areas and engine room) is prohibited. Use the restrooms properly. Glass containers are not allowed.

3. Wearing a life jacket or snorkeling gear is mandatory for swimming. Stay within the assigned area and keep away from moving vessels and propellers. Touching reefs and feeding marine life is prohibited.

4. Water Safety

   Arrive early at El Embarcadero Isla Mujeres (if pickup is not included). Bring lightweight clothing, a swimsuit, a hat/cap, sunglasses, and chemical-free sunscreen. The minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18. Not suitable for individuals with reduced mobility or impaired vision.
