   Present your voucher (printed or digital) and official photo ID when redeeming it at pick-up. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

2. Onboard Safety

   Always follow the crew's instructions. Running, jumping over railings, or tampering with the boat's equipment is prohibited. Entering restricted areas (storage areas and the engine room) is prohibited. Use the restrooms properly. Glass containers are not allowed.

3. Water Safety

   Wearing a life jacket or snorkeling gear is mandatory for swimming. Stay within the designated area and keep away from moving vessels or propellers. Touching reefs or feeding marine life is strictly prohibited.

4. Recommendations & Restrictions

   Bring lightweight clothing, a swimsuit, a hat/cap, sunglasses, and chemical-free sunscreen. The minimum legal age for alcohol consumption is 18. Not suitable for individuals with reduced mobility or impaired vision.
