   Pickups are available from hotels across Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and the Riviera Maya. If your hotel is not listed during booking, select "I don't see my pickup location" and manually enter your hotel's name.

2. Check-In Requirements

   Present a printed voucher and a valid photo ID upon boarding the transport vehicle or at entry in exchange for your admission.

3. Child Pricing Policy

   Children under 3.2 ft (1 m) are free (provided they don't occupy a seat). Children between 3.2 ft (1 m) and 4.6 ft (1.4 m) pay the child rate. Children over 4.6 ft (1.4 m) pay adult pricing. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
